McKenzi Swinehart has over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Most recently, McKenzi served as the Director of Grants & Community Engagement at the Greater Columbus Arts Council where she designed and managed grant funding programs and advocated for artists in all disciplines. Starting in April 2026, McKenzi went back to work in the theatre and is currently the Deputy Director at Reno Little Theater & Good Luck Macbeth Theatre. She is a proud graduate of CreativeOhio’s Advocacy Leadership Institute program and Leadership Columbus (class of 2019).
